NHS Leeds will then undertake the complaint handling on your behalf. The Patient Advice and Liaison Service(PALS) provide confidential advice and support to assist you through the complaints procedure. If you require medical advice when the surgery is closed please visit NHS 111. This will guide to the most appropriate service for your problem. In the event of a medical emergency or life threatening situation phone 999 or go directly to the nearest Accident & Emergency Department. Call 111 if it’s less urgent than 999.
